Megan Charlotte Meckley earned her BFA in Spatial Experience Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with honors from the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She also completed the Pratt Institute School of Design’s Exhibition Design summer intensive in 2022 and the INSIDE LVMH Certificate, specializing in Creation & Branding, Retail & Customer Experience, in 2023. While completing her studies, Megan interned with Ralph Lauren’s Showroom and Events team, followed by freelancing with Ralph Lauren’s Creative Services team in New York City during her senior year. She then transitioned into the company’s competitive full-time corporate training program, starting in the Brand Image department, where she assisted with Global Fashion, Resourcing, and Marketing. Megan has since moved to Ralph Lauren’s Advertising department as a Styling Assistant.

Coming from Seattle, Megan ran all aspects of her independent creative agency Megan Charlotte Design, partnering with clients such as Lyft for their 2019 Women in Tech Conference, executing a large-scale installation in San Francisco. Then during her time as the Executive Coordinator for CEO and repeat NYT bestselling author, Judah Smith, she designed and conceptualized spaces and lounges for special events. There she was also able to holistically redesign an entire office space of over 50 individual offices while coordinating with the finance and executive teams and staying within budget; this supported the four promotions she received over the course of four years with the team. Through these experiences she has developed proven attention to detail skills, teamwork skills, and role flexibility while operating under tight budget and time constraints, as well as key technical tool experience such as Adobe AI, PS, ID, XD, DW, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Rhino, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
